We adjudicate all types of claims, including travel, missed events, personal liability, and personal accident, promptly and fairly offering first class customer service. We assist claimants throughout the claims process, from the outset to the resolution, as well as providing information to claimants about the claims process and the level of cover of their policy.
The main benefit of our claims team working so intimately with our assistance team is that they have access to the same pool of information making claims much easier to assess and speeding up the process as duplicate information isn’t required.
We aim to begin assessment of all claims within five working days of receipt. If you have any questions relating to the status of your claim, or which documents you should include when submitting your claim, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. We are closed on bank holidays.
